BME 1996, University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. Currently pursuing a Master of Music degree in double bass performance at Indiana University, Bloomington, IN.

Teaching experience:

1995 - 96 Adjunct Faculty at Wausau Conservatory of Music, Wausau, WI. Five years of private double bass teaching experience. 1996 BME student teaching in 4th, 5th, 6th grade and high school band *and* orchestra teaching. Four years of Swim Instructor experience - amazing and curious relevance to musical study...

Teaching approach:

Student inspiration, immersion, listening, playing, experimenting and equipment consciousness.

Orchestral Experience:

Section player for Green Bay (WI) Symphony Orchestra, Evansville (IN) Philharmonic Orchestra, Owensboro (KY) Symphony Orchestra, others, various festivals, institutes and subbing work.

Major Teachers:

Bruce Bransby, IU; David Dunn, UWSP.
