If you can get only one lesson with Hal Robinson, do it! I studied with him many years ago when he was in Houston and his teaching was the most valuable I ever received-very intense (applicable to jazz and classical). He is principal of Philadelphia Orchestra now. Also, Neal Courtney is a good teacher for musicality-I think he is still in the section there.
