Try the link below for a cool site that gives you free charts and a midi version of the tracks to play along with. It is a mixed bag, but has a lot of the most prominant jazz standards.
As far a learning the Upright, if you play along with the music above you will soon figure out the intonation as your ear will tell you (band-in-a-box is also a great help). The electric bass patterns you already know will be of some limited help, but I think you need to treat it as a completely different animal. I also found using a bow helps with the intonation, as it is much louder and has much more sustain (it is also quite good fun).
I would also suggest getting a good teacher for at least a couple of initial lessons. If you get into too many bad habits at this stage in the game, they will stay with you forever.
I know the spacing is a lot wider on an upright, but I wouldn't try to analize it too much, just play more with your ear rather than your eyes to avoid a lot of frustration.
Just my 2c, I have only just started with the upright myself so I am no expert.
