When you're bowing, the most important thing you can do is relax your bowing arm/hand. "Try" as little as possible. You may want to switch to a different rosin and see if things are a little easier that way, but no matter what you're using, try to NOT "try" really hard - That is what creates the tension.
Also, practice for just a little while - stop BEFORE something starts hurting, and come back in a few hours and do the same. Break it up a little and do STRETCH before and after you play. :)
