Nope, I don't know who does work for SouthEastern Strings, but I wasn't impressed with the setup of the basses in their shop. Although this was many years ago. Check with Bob Gollihur's website (and why haven't you done so already?), check with the players in the symphony (who do they take their basses to?). If all else fails I do know personally Jim Ferguson in Nashville (has a website you can e-mail him).
There was a luthier near Asheville NC named Tom Kelischek, he was in ill health a number of years back (aneurism and stroke), I don't know if he has recovered and is working again.
