How easily misunderstandings occur when we are not familiar with idiomatic expressions! In my hometown of New York City the rhetorical question "So what else do you want?" implies that the recipient is either deficient in knowledge or is making an unreasonable request. The phrase "What more could you ask for?" implies that the object is more than satisfactory,yet adds no judgement about the recipient's request.
