: Greetings,

: I am looking for a way to get a warmer, more dry and woody sound from my
: '72 jazz (a little on the bright side of things), my main amp is an Ampeg BA115,
: used for rock mostly, and my second amp is an SWR workingmans 12 used for folk
: and jazz. Any suggestions, somehting as simple as an eq pedal, or a little
: stomb box like the tech 21 bass driver DI?

: Try a ZOOM 506II effects pedal. It has lots of preprogrammed sounds plus
programmable effects for your own sounds. Try one of the preprogrammed
fretless effects after changing your strings to flat wound. Nice and warm.
