: I Currently have an Eden WT-300 Traveler head (4 ohms) and an old (but kick ass) 8 Ohm Trace 4x10 Cabinet. I have found a 2x10 to go on top of that and it is ALSO 8 ohms. I get very confused on the OHM issue. What kind of problems am I looking at. And Any suggestions on how to get around them.

: Thanks

: PS ..I WOULD KILL TO KNOW IF ANYBODY HASAN OLD TRACE ELLIOT QUATRA VALVE HEAD (ANY MODEL) FOR SALE

Deago, Datsgor and the "Help this guy out" poster are both right. The one thing I
can add is: The 4x10 bottom will probably be louder than the 2x10 simply because it has two extra speakers. Are you trying to get more volume? Remember, the 2x10 bottom will add a little more volume, but, decrease your amp's headroom(reserve power) Try it. The question I'm trying to present is:
Is the increase in volume from the 2x10 cabinet enough to justify dragging around this extra piece of equipment? Just food for thought.
