: Thanks Milan!
: The thing is that I still have my old cab, the 15", and I was wondering if I could use both succesfully together.
: The 8x10" is a sealed cab and the 15" is a ported cab so any luck of using them together is lost, or what?
: I just read Mr. Wood's post on the board and I started to wonder if I should do just like that and get a new amp for the 15" but I must say I'm just as lost with the wirerings. Of course getting an amp is extra cost so I probably won't be doing that.

Hi again Jenny,

Using a separate amp would be the safest way to go. A power amp fed by a line out from your head would be most affordable.
It would also make things simpler in terms of wiring.

You can try using the two cabs together....just watch carefully for signs that your rig is reacting adversely. Examples of this
would be overheating, volume loss or imbalance between the two cabs, or a loss of tone quality. Your stuff may work together
perfectly as it is. Its just good to be aware of the potential pitfalls BEFORE they become expenses.

I gotta get some sleep.....

Aloha!

Milan
