Sibelius does that. It's for a heap of instruments (I would gess at around 100).
It can do pretty much everything... A nice feature is that if you plug a midi device into your computer and play it will atuomaticly transfer it to notes. This does require some fine tuning though, since you can never play a pice exactly right no matter how good you are. (I don't mean you play the wrong notes, but there's so much more indicated in notes) But it saves alot of time.

Only bad part is that it's not a free program ;)

: Is there ONE particular piece of software available that will allow you to compose music in musical notation AND tab AND will allow you to use notations like the hammer on (HO), or pull off (PO) or slide (S)... you get the idea...

: Oh and does it allow you to write in tab for 4, 5, or 6 string basses?
