I have a Peavey TNT150. It's got a single 15 and is not all that heavy. But lugging even that little weight around can screw up your back, so I put casters on the day after I got it. Didn't change the sound a bit. I'd suggest the following; you might as well make it worth while. Bolt the casters on instead of just screwing them on. For me this involved taking the speaker out (to get access to the inside-your cabinet may be different), drilling holes for the bolts and using washers and nylon lock nuts on the inside of the cabinet. After awhile, screws can work themselves loose from the cabinet but with four bolts on each caster, the cabinet will fail before the casters fall off! Good luck.
Dave
