With that much to spend, you can go real high end. Check out Lakland, Sadowsky, Ken Smith, Modulus, Zon, Pedulla. All are great. I have a Modulus 5 string fretless (lined) which is awesome, along with a Music Man Sting Ray 4 string and a '69 Fender Jazz Bass (Can't imagine you wouldn't like a '60s Jazz!). Also, if you want to go used, throw in Alembic and Fodera.
