***The MusicMan guitars shipped the 3rd week of June 1976. The basses didn't ship until the last week of Sept. 1976
Leo was always a silent partner in 1971-2 Trisonic, 1972-3 Musiteck, 10/05/73 MusicMan was founded. The first 500 Guitars and Basses have white pickguards after that the pickguards became black.
I was Forrest's friend from 1973 until he died 1994.
