Quickly: the bigger the speaker size, the lower it can go. You can play through 10" speakers, but they don't handle to low Es or even Bs as well as a 15". The smaller size speakers are good for mid and high range notes. as for ohms, check out this site: http://archive.bassplayer.com/z2000/0008/ampclin.shtml

it explained it to me. I don't know what you want to know about watts, but obviously the more you have, the louder you are.
