I have an Eden WT-300 amp, with a 4 ohm Eden D210T cab, and I've just acquired an SWR Workingman's 4x10T 8 ohm cab to help me push some more air with the blues/funk/R&B band I'm currently with.
My question is this...
The nominal impedence of the cabs in parallel is 2.7 ohms. Is this gonna fry the Eden Traveler, or do you think she'll be able to handle that kind of current draw? The 4x10 cab moves a lot more air than the 210T by itself, but six tens and a pair of compression horns would really be sweet, if the amp doesn't go up in smoke because of it.
Thoughts and opinions welcome.
Thanks in advance.
