You may want to also add Aero pickups to the list of pickups you are considering. They make direct replacements for the Mexican Fenders (apparently the size of the two pickups is different???...they fit into the existing covers) No bodywork!.

Anyway, they are terrific sounding pickups with very little noise/hum.

: I've got a MIM Fender Jazz, and I'm looking to replace the pickups. I've narrowed it down to either DiMarzio DP 123, Seymour Duncan Vintage Jazz, or one of the Fender sets (Custom Shop 60's most likely). Any advice, warnings, etc on these? Which would anyone recommend? Also, which are gonna require me to do some body work to make them fit?

: I play classic rock, so any ideas or thoughts on these pickups as far as value and quality would be great. Thanks in Advance.
