I'm not firmiliar with the specs of your bass, but if the neck is bolt on you should just get a new neck and bolt it on your self. If it's neck through (the neck is joined to the body without screws) you should just get a new bass, don't have it repaired it will break easier the second time.
I recommend you have a look at www.rondomusic.com and look at the Essex basses they're getting great reviews at talkbass.com (you can do a search for Essex there, the search is in the top right corner of the screen). You can get an Essex replacement neck or just buy a whole bass and the prices are cheap but the quality is good.
