They will go away with time. At least for the most part.

Whatever you do don't let anyone talk you into dipping your blistered fingers into hot wax to "coat" them. Somebody convinced me to try this at a gig many years ago. It was incredibly painful.

In any case callouses and some finger pain are part of the job. But you'll get past the serious pain as you play more.
