Well.... As with any intellectual pursuit, your fulfillment is directly related to the depth and range of your search. With all due respect, I really doubt if you have really explored the thousands of "dialects" of music and how bass relates to them. Rufus Reid once said that if you ever say that you have learned everything about bass, then it really is time to quit. The bottom line is: if you're not feeling it anymore, then maybe you should try something else.
