Tim is right!

I had a kickin 6x10 4 ohm Acoustic cab many years ago, and it was just about the greatest -- the only thing I've played since that's come close is my Bag End Deep Red 4x10. Had I just kept that Acoustic, I would have saved myself a ton of cash... I ran that off a Music Man HD130 head and it was magic... it sounded great for blues, funk, modern, jazz -- there wasn't anything that rig couldn't handle.

: Dude, we know if what you want to do is slap that you will learn in good time and probably be great at it. The one misconception I find is that you have to have a ten thousand dollar rig. I own an old acoustice bass amp from the late 70's the thing cost me 250 bucks and has never let my tone go. Slapping or other wise.

: keep it real slappy
