take it to a tech. that's the easiest way. they might charge u a tiny bit of money depending on where u go but if u've never ever lowered action before and have no clue how to do so its best to take it to a professional or u could risk snapping ur neck (on the guitar that is).
If u honestly insist on doing it urself then all i can tell u is that has something to do with the bridge saddles and turning the truss rod (this is all i can tell you beacause its all i know :)
