Just a quick note for those of you who dont know yet. I have recently discovered (after an unfortunate blowing of a speaker) that in their infinite wisdom TE have, AS STANDARD, put 200W celestion drivers (at 8 ohms) in their 300W 7215 combos. Economics clearly the driving force here. The 1st obvious thing is the power mismatch (still baffels me to this day), but perhaps the worst thing is that celestion are crap at making bass drivers! I got mine fitted with a 300W Fane driver (importantly at 4 ohms) and it works a treat and sounds a hell of a lot better. A small note though, after this mod/upgrade/whatever, you cant hook up an extension cab using the holes at the back (line out and DI are unchanged). However, once upgraded, you shouldnt really need to!
