I don't see why you can't replace just the one broken machine head. Other than classical guitars, I very rarely see instruments without individual machine heads for each string. It should be simple to replace. Just get the part from Ibanez and remove the old one, then install the new one. There should be one or two screws on the back of the headstock and a nut over the shaft on the front of the headstock (sometimes there is just a spacer there, no nut). Just put the new one on the same way the old one came off and you'll have no problem. No adjustment should be needed.
However...
Do your best to get the same ones you currently have. Different styles will probably need millwork (translation: more money to pay a tech to install them.)
