Pyro.....I would look into combo amps. the technology is so ggod out of smaller combos these days, i feel that is the way to go. SWR, AMPEG, Fender....even Carvin are producing wonderful combos. Powerful enough for the 450 people you reference and light enough to move around. I demo'd a Black Beauty combo with a sub bass feature and built in effects and was quite impressed. Combos are great because they can handle a pretty big gig and if you need to get louder you can always run out to the house PA. The best of both worlds really. Peace, Dat
