Part II
The Second Pushic has an 18v Bartolini preamp with treble, midrange, bass, blend
and volume as the controls. I have a Seymour Duncan Basslines Jazz pup at the neck
and Seymour Duncan Musicman humbucker at the bridge. I also have an active/passive
switch, a three way midrange center freq switch and a three position humbucker
control switch...series, parallel and split. I can get any tone I want out of this
axe!!! Black hardware completes the package. Dave does now offer custom wood knobs
which are beautiful. He sent them to me I just have not had time to put them on.
Email me and I will gladly send pictures of construction and the finished product.
Every gig I have played from Chicago to Virginia Beach VA Musicians comment
on how good they sound. Even drummers have commented on how much better the tone
is than their regular bass player. Talk to Dave he will do you right. I have a six
string fretless on the drawing board. I have Dave looking for some exotic woods
for this one with a five piece neck. Bubinga, Bocate, Wenge for the body. I am loving
this. Keep It In The Groove........Marlon mcrracer@gte.net
