: I used to only need 6 metre leads because i never strayed too far from my bass amp. However, i've started too move around more on stage and tangled wires are becoming a problem. Sometimes our leads get pulled out of our amps and so we stick them in place with masking tape but we trip over wires on the floor as well. It's an embarasment when performing and a pain in the arse so i figured it would be easier if i got a wireless.
: How much are the cheapest and the most expensive wireless pickups.
: I need a wireless that can transmit up to about 10 or 15 metres and with good sound quality.
: I think they cost between 50 and 150 (pounds 'cause i'm English) and i'm willing to spend around 80 to 100.

I don't know how much wireless systems cost in England, but you should buy a UHF system (ultra high frequency) . You can get (older) VHF systems (very high frequency) very cheap, but the quality is not as good as UHF systems, they cause much more drop-outs (drop out rate of 0.1% -> no sound for 11s in a 3 hours gig). Furthermore, the system should use diversity (i.e. two antennas for the receiver) to reduce the dropout rate.
In Germany, the cheapest UHF diversity systems cost about DM400(->130 pounds)
