: Hello

: Firstly does anyone know where I can get a wiring diagram for a fender precision "lyte" deluxe or parts list

: And secondly I have a laney RBG500 and when I plug in my bass and start playing after about 2-3 minutes is starts popping and the cone reflexing and making screeching noises and then will stop for a bit and be fine then it will do it again also the noises are always very loud regardless to the volume and gain settings, It seems very strange because I can play a gig with it and be fine

: I have already sent it back once to be fixed for a different fault...I am wondering if it could possibly be any of these factors

: 1)electrical spikes--caused by connecting too much to one plug socket

: (I think they drain a lotof electricity but not sure)

: 2)I keep it under a desk ????

: 3)not turning volume and gain down when I switch off and on

: IF ANYONE HAS ANY IDEAS IT WOULD BE MUCH APPREICIATED

: THANX

This may not help much, but tube amps do this kind of thing when one of the tubes is screwing up. If this is a tube amp, check it out; otherwise, ignore this message.

Good Luck,

Rob
