Yes, SGC Nayno is correct, I've read however that the parent company was the Sexton Guitar Company. I think Nanyo went bust a few years ago and was bought up, they moved out of Nagoya, Japan, apparently, my guess is to Korea or China.
I found a link to their site but it's dead now.

I don't think the EMGs are original, I have a 5-string too (SB-315, transp red, fronm around 1995, nice instrument) and the original pickups are SMCs. Bridge and tuners are Gotoh. Neck is 3-piece maple, the body on mine is alder but I've seen other options for body wood.
Never heard of your amp manufacturer. Is it any good?
