: : i got a cremona bass and i dont know how to put the bridge on! one side is taller than the other so i assume the tall side is for the g sting?
: : please help!
: You should be able to see by the size of the string slots which goes where. If not, The E side is almost always higher than the G side because it has a wider arc of vibration, and therefore must be slightly higher.

: Also the arc of the bridge should match the arc of the finger board. If not the strings may not vibrate correctly. However if your still not sure, take it to a luthier or repair person, it shouldn't be that much to just place the bridge.
