As far as I know he's really more of a bass guitar repaireman. He repaired a nasty
crack in the headstock of my bass guitar five or six years ago. He did a decent
job. The crack was terrible. His repair has held up all this time. It's not pretty,
the crack is visible, but it's held up, and that's what counts.

I had no idea he does work on string basses. I know more than a dozen bassists in
the S. Jersey/Philly area, none of them use him for doublebasses. If your near
Camden or Philly, you're welcome to contact me. I'm not a luthier, but I've been
playing quite a while, I've played lot's of basses, and I'm qualified to assess the
condition of a bass, the quality of repairs, and it's playability.
