Hello,

I personally like the Beisele system. It is very versatile. You can attach a Piezo to it, and get both spectrums of sound. The system is Easy to use, and has relatively little if any feedback when playing. It produces a warm round tone. I have tried K&K, and I found it a little to bright sounding for my instrument. It produced a fair amount of feedback. I wouldn't over look it though. My favorite has been the Realist($150?). It is the best Pickup for a warm round tone arco and pizz. It matches up well with any amp, and is inexpensive. I feel that this is probably the best one on the market. You DON'T need a Pre-amp with it!!!! It sounds absolutely great by itself. Highs are clear, but not overwelming, and it gives you a gut-like character to the sound.
