Fast notes has to be played "spiccato", this means by getting the bow to do the job for you!Every bow has a kind of "resonance" ususally around 1/3 of his length seen from the wrist.
Try it on open strings, search the point and play faster and faster, you will notice that the bow starts to jump, that's spiccato! Use short bowings : you should be able to use only say, 2 centimeters (or 1 inch) of bow length. Never bow from the forearm, but from the wrist : the forearm must be as immobile as possible.
Good practice herefore is to put a bag with 1 kg of rice on your forearm, try to avoid falling it down when practicing. You will see, you will gain in souplesse!
Practice, practice and practice : that's the secret!
