: : Is there a recording out there anywhere of the bass Concerto in F major by Antonio Capuzzi? I'm learning to play it and it has become one of my favorite pieces of all time but I can't find a recording anywhere!! just midi files.
: : If anyone here has a CD of it that they would like to sell, Id be inclined to purchase it.

: : Thanks

: : Jordan

: Sorry, Jordan, I don'tknow where to get a recording. But I would respectfully suggest that if that's really becoming one of your favorite pieces, you might want to get some other records, too.

I know that there is a fine arrangement for Tuba/Euph done by Philip Catelinet. I think you would have a better chance finding a recording of a tuba player doing it than a string bass -- it actually lends itself very well to your brass cousin; might want to check it out for for ideas. Hope this helps.
