Don't worry about it. There's really nothing special about them to make someone claim a bass is Tyrolean when in fact it isn't. "Tyrolean" only means is was
made in a specific region and you can expect it to possess the characteristics of construction of basses of that same region. The quality varies widely from bass
to bass as you might expect from different instruments made by any number of people whose only commonality is their geographic location and the "style" in which they
built them.
