The Half Note album from 1959 has Jimmy Garrison on bass and that's issued under Lee Konitz. The 3 disc Verve reissue of Lee Konitz's Motion has some excellent playing by Sonny Dallas who was interviewed for some of the liner notes.

I met him in 1978 and haven't seen him since that time. Does anyone know how to get in touch with him?

: He's still alive and teaches on Long Island. He has worked the Knitting Factory with Lee Konitz fairly recently.
: Besides the Lee Konitz records, there are any number of recordings with Lennie Tristano (a bunch of the Half Note stuff) that he's on including (I think) the recording that Bill Evans is subbing for Lennie (it's issued under Warne Marsh's name).
: My teacher has a couple of other records, I'll try to check those out and get back to you.
