That's relly ironic. My bass is at Wilson's right now having new bridge feet cut to accomadate a set of velvet garbos. So yeah, needless to say, I think Wilson' a good bet. Although he can be a bit pedantic.

: : : Another phone number for Peter Tatar: 734 761-8656. He has adjusted and repaired at least a dozen or more of my basses and always does excellent work, particularly bridges with adjusters.

: : : Other than Steve Guenari can anyone reccomend a Detroit area Luthier? I currently take my bass to Wilson's Fine Violins in Birmingham and I'm not unhappy with him I'm just curious to find out about others that do good reputable work. Also I need to have adjusters put my french bridge to acomedate for the Velvets I'm buying, and I'd like to make a few soundpost adjustments So I just want to make sure I take it to the right place so any advice or reccomendations would be so welcomed.

: : Here are just a few. 1.Peter Tatar in Ann Arbor @ 734 483-4428
: : 2. Jeff Branch @ 248 698-6133
: : 3. You've already mentioned Rob Wilson

: : Hope this helps.
