How to post a jpg or gif to this board- Please read

The image shown below is displayed by using a simple line of code that appears like this:

[img src="http://www.yourdomain.com/imagefile/image.GIF or jpg"]

The line of code shown in brackets above *must* begin with this key "<" and close with this character ">" I've left them off in this example so a broken image link won't show up.

If you have picture that will help illustrate a musical or technical point, please feel free to use it. I do not have the resources to host photos, so please use your own megspace- just type the url.

If you are selling a bass or piece of gear, I encourage you post a photo of the item. It might also be helpful to put "pic" "jpg" or "gif" in your subject line.

One other thing for those unfamiliar with html code: You can simply type the line of code in the body of your message to make images appear. If you need to practice, use this message board:
