Aye. Anything that cracks can or will lead to some form of long-term pain. Sure, most of arthritis and whatnot
is caused by plain longterm use, but cracking them just makes it strain more.
Cracking knuckles and wrists really are just a bad habit..like smoking (I plead guilty to that). Anyways..
if your worried about it, I suggest you quit cracking your wrists and knuckles, if possible. Don't wanna ruin
