: I have a question n please somebody give a suck: What is the url of BassCollection Bassguitars website? or Is there any website about Collection?

I have a BassCollection SB301, and I love it! I bought it about 10 years ago in a music store in Germany (where I am again living). My friend, a guitarist and former bassist, helped me and said, "buy what feels and sounds right, donīt worry about the brand name." Neither he nor I had ever heard of BassCollection, but what the hell, it felt great, and was not too big for my small hands. The price was right: about $350.

I also cannot find any BassCollection web site, but I know just a little bit about the brand: BassCollection basses were manufactured in Japan from 1985 to 1992. They were distibuted in the USA by Meisel Music Co. In the mid 90īs the remaining inventory was bought by Sam Ash (New York) and sold. Sam Ash must have sold them all, because there is no mention of them on their web site.

If you come across any more information about BC, let me know. My email address is: michael.greer@de.opel.com.
