: If my bass's battery is about to go dead (which it hasn't yet) all i'm thinking is that i better at least get a warning..like a weakened signal.. that way it won't immediately die on me and piss me off. I have an elec/acoustic and i had to change that battery, but at least the signal was slowly fading and i can tell what the problem was. Just a thought..maybe we should carry extras around..which i also don't do right now...

Hey Brock, My bass battery seems to go dead alot. whene it goes dead it usualy starts to give distortion when i turn it up all the way. Do you have any advice on how to keep your battery from going dead so much?
