I've never tried Vigier strings, but my guess is they're probably
made by one of the larger string manufacturers, and re-labelled.
I have a hunch they're GHS Super Steels, I may have heard this
somewhere, but I'm not 100% sure..There are actually not many
string manufacturers throughout the entire world!! Probably
less than 20, so strings you think are made by a particular
guitar builder are made by someone else, most likely on the
old VINCI string machines. I've tried probably 50 differemt
string brands over the past 25 years, and my favorite is the
D'Addario PRISM, They seem to have that extra little bit of
brightness and last a bit longer...
