Hey there LuKe,
I'll give you what I think is the best piece of advice ever: hook up with a good teacher. I mean, tips'n tricks can be given, but judging from your post, what you seem to need is someone who can actually watch your develpoment and suggest the needed corrections in your techinque as the bad habits show up.
As for the second part o your post, who are those two guys? ...oh yeah, the play those puny little instruments with six wimpy strings! (tongue firmly held in cheek).
