: I have been thinking that I know very little about you and I've noticed that you don't know much about me so I'll tell some things;
: My name is Alfonso Botana and I'm from Ferrol; it's a city in Galicia, at the northwest of Spain (where the celts lived a few years ago...LOL). I'm 19 years old and I study Arquitechture (love building up and creating things such as buildings or...songs!).
: The music in my country is not an easy way of leaving. I mean; musical studies are not equiparated to other studies like Universitary careers; and it's not easy to find a good teacher. I've been with a teacher for two year (Luis Cuba; unkown but very good; better person than musician!) but I've been my own teacher for a lot of years...
: I love all kind of musics (blues, jazz, heavy or celt music just for saying a few) and I play and Ibanez TR-45 four strings passive (I think that Ibanez doesn't make it right now). Very simple and cheap but it has an incredible punch. My amplifier is a small Laney CB-30.
: Nothing more to say for now. I thought that you might know something about me and...what about you?
: PaZ
: A.

Hey there,
Well, we're all glad our young friend finally has "seen the light in the see of darkness" (is that a Celine Dion qoute or what?? ;-)). Just remember to come back here anytime frustration sets in again (hopefully not too soon). I'd give the lowdown on me but I did that already, so I won't bore anyone.
Sidenote #1: my congratulations to Kenny for marrying a fellow musician. Always wondered how that would be like.
Sidenote #2: allright you people don't be lazy and put together those MP3 files with your playing!! I have mine already and will be uploading it to the net anytime soon.
That's it so far. Buena suerte and keep those basses way up front in the mix,
El Pájaro.
