: they don't even sell them here in Belgium so i don't think the local music store will be of any help. thanks anyway :)
: you don't happen to know around what time Dean started making instruments in Korea, do you? i'm visiting the guy tonight so yeah i'm in a position to view and play it but like i said i'm a guitarist so i don't think it matters much. except for the fact that i can see whether the fretboard is grooved or not. thanks a lot!

:Hey again - I don't know why I forget these forums are read world wide and not everyone has the same resources at their fingertips. LOL. I really don't know when Dean started the whole Korea thing. You could e-mail them at info@deanguitars.com They would know. If you really wanted you could call them at 727-519-9669, but since your half way around the world I doubt that's a good option. I neglected to mention another good resource on the web for finding value of musical related things is www.bluebook.com They charge like $4.95 US dollars for lookups, but if they have the item in question you'd get an instant quote of New, Retail Used and Wholesale Used values. I used them to look up the value on some Ampeg amplifiers a while back it was pretty slick. Hope this helps. Gives you some ideas anyway. JDP
