I think it is carpel tunnel syndrome.
Secretaries get it just from typing. From doing the same repetitive motion
over and over, and I know they arent hitting the key baord that hard.
so I dont think a feather touch will help that much.
I have proper form with the right hand, and I dont understand why it gets
that tingling feeling....I read that you have to exercise the muscles in the
opposite direction to keep them in balance, otherwise you can cause injury.
Just like a bodybuilder....If he only trains the chest, and not the back, he can cause hi,self back problems
So how do you play 4-8 hours a day, and not strenghten the opposing muscle group?
