Whatever you do, DON'T ALTER OR SELL
THAT BASS!As always, this is just my opinion, but, did you say '67?
That's 33 years old and definately vintage.Listen to Dat & El Pajaro,
get a new axe to fool around with at gigs.I don't have my guitar book with
me right now,and someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that out
of the Gibson EB series of basses from the 60s & 70s,the EB-2s were then
and still are now the rarest.I don't know the value right now, but, seriously
in ten or twenty years,we could be talking $xx,xxx.00 kind of money.Hold on
to it.I'm going to go to Mandolin Bros.web site and see if they can get me
an answer. Some late 50's to early 60's Les Pauls are now worth as much as
a new SUV.Something to think about for your kids, even if you don't have
any right now.I'll be getting back to you on this.
