Scales are great as was previously stated,,,,,,,,try to stretch out the scales in different ways, Go up the neck with one fingering and go down with another. (across strings and octaves) Chromatic spiders are always a good choice. And ....I don't know how well you read but, Bach cello suites are incredible for building speed , and precise playing. They are not as hard as they sound or as what some folks would think. I know a lot of players who have used Bach as a learning tool. There are a lot of repeating phrases and patterns. Just take one at a time and be patient.
