: Is that true that both Warwick and Musicman are building new plants?

: I heard that the new Warwick plant will make cheaper (inferior quality???) basses.

: Does anyone know anything about it???

I DON'T KNOW ABOUT MUSIC MAN (ERNIE BALL) BUT I CAN TELL YOU THAT WARWICK
HAS BEEN CHANGING SINCE THE EARLY NINETIES. THEY HAVE BECOME MORE AUTOMATED
IN THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS AND THE WOOD SELECTION ON CERTAIN MODELS APPEARS
TO BE CHANGING.AS FAR AS QUALITY IS CONCERNED, THEY ARE FINE BUT IN MY
OPINION, MASS PRODUCTION IS NOT WHAT A WARWICK SHOULD BE ABOUT. THE NEW ONES
JUST DON'T "FEEL" THE SAME TO ME. TALK TO THE GUYS AT LA BASS EXCHANGE.

PEACE,

J.C.
