Hey there (just let me wipe the sand off my legs before answering...),
Well, the fret buzzing depends to a large extent in how hard you like to dig in and how much relief you have in your neck (I mean, your bass neck). You might have one or two poorly cut/polished frets that are causing the buzzing, but most buzz problems can be fixed with a little tweaking of the truss rod and a little adjustment in your right hand technique. If that doesn't work, don't hesitate to take your axe to a qualified repariman.
