: : : Can anyone tell me how to get hold of Chicago bass rosin on line? Or alternatively Roterista? (?spelling!) Julia

: : : Chicago Rosin? I didn't know they still made that stuff! I've been using carlssons forever, but I would be interested
: : to try Chicago to compare it, if it's still available.

: Funnily enough - having tried various 'on line'sources - including the Chicago Bass Club - I found that my local music store had it in one of their catalogues and was able to order it in - more expensive than most UKú4.95 (US$7.50) but it's worth it - it's kinda sticky - but much better than the chlaky type. Julia

I'm pretty sure I saw Chicago bass rosin in the Shar Catalog - try http://www.sharmusic.com/

Out of curiosity...I've never tried it...it sort of looks like Pop's bass rosin, anybody know if is it anything like Pops?
